Terms & Conditions – Health, Safety & Supervision

At our daycare, the health, safety, and overall well-being of every dog in our care is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed environment, and we spare no effort, equipment, or investment in upholding the highest standards of care.

To protect both dogs and humans, our facility is sanitized daily using cleaning products that are specifically selected for being safe for animals and people while remaining highly effective. We utilize metal water bowls to help reduce the risk of bacteria buildup and cross-contamination. Additionally, our play areas are designed with durable, hard, non-slip flooring to help minimize the risk of slips, falls, and play-related injuries.

Dogs in our care are always supervised by trained staff member and are never left unattended. However, as dogs engage in natural social play, owners acknowledge that minor incidents, scratches, or injuries may occasionally occur despite careful supervision and preventive measures.

In the event that a dog sustains an injury caused by another dog during supervised play, and such incident is not the result of staff absence, negligence, or misconduct, the daycare shall not be held liable for injuries arising from normal canine interaction. Owners understand and accept that participation in group play carries inherent risks.
Our standard emergency procedures include:

Prompt isolation of the affected dog to a calm, safe area to prevent stress and reduce any risk of contagion.

Notification of the dog’s owner and the emergency contact(s) on file as quickly as possible. If the owner cannot be reached, we will contact the listed emergency contact.
If further veterinary care is required, we will seek treatment from the nearest licensed veterinary facility or the dog’s preferred veterinarian, whichever is appropriate for the situation. Owners expressly authorize us to obtain such emergency veterinary care when necessary and agree to be financially responsible for all related treatment, transportation, and associated fees. To protect all dogs in our care, we maintain and enforce additional health and safety measures, including but not limited to:

Required up-to-date vaccinations (e.g., rabies, distemper/parvovirus, Bordetella) and proof of routine parasite prevention, submitted prior to enrollment.
[2:32 PM, 2/15/2026] +92 303 8215634: A pre-admission temperament and socialization assessment to ensure safe, compatible playgroup placement. Dogs who demonstrate unmanageable aggression or unsafe behaviors may be refused or require alternative arrangements.

Daily visual health checks on arrival and throughout the day to identify signs of illness, injury, or abnormal behavior. Dogs showing symptoms of contagious illness (vomiting, diarrhea, active cough, unexplained lethargy, etc.) will be isolated and owners notified; we reserve the right to suspend services for any dog showing signs of infectious disease until cleared by a veterinarian. By enrolling in our daycare services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and confirm your understanding of the nature of supervised group dog play.
